you can tell from the pictures he is clearly under 8% body fat, probably somewhere around 5-6%. The 3% figure seems exaggerated, I will agree with you there, but its not like I personally measured his body fat, so no need to attack me for something so insignificant. That diet is NOT bs; I'm not saying its perfect, but it could definitely get some decent results. If you are looking for a more "pro"-like diet, I did write an article about the anabolic diet that certainly is used my many professional bodybuilders and powerlifters around the globe.

That is not 3% body fat, it's not even double that. It's around 8%. That diet is also total BS no pro would use that. You spread lies and are a fool.

Hey just wondering what you ment by "with arms mixed in" in the workout routines. Does that mean he did arms every other day? or dedicated a whole day to arms to, but changed the day of it?

And did he start out every day with 500-1000 sit ups? or was that just some days?

Last thing :) Do you have a link to what the actual exercises in the workouts consisted of?
Thanks!!

Great article by the way, very helpful.

Nice comment justin. I completely agree with your trainer that naturally slim people should do limited (if any) cardio. So if it is the case that Ryan Reynolds is weight gain challenged, then he probably did not do any cardio. I also discuss this topic of gaining weight for small people in my article Gaining Weight: A Hardgainer’s Guide

He acctualy stated that due to him being a small slim indavidual his personal trainor completly cut out cardio for him, thats what mine has suggested as well since im 6'5 and weigh 175lbs, im starting the diet along with adding creiatine to my supplaments and should see more muscle gain, since its hard for me to keep on weight due to my high metablism
